Funding opportunities under the Leonardo programme are now closed

As many of you will be aware the Lifelong Learning Programme is coming to an end and will be replaced by the next generation of funding programme.  While we are excited to see what the new programme will bring it does, sadly, mean that Leonardo, Grundtvig and Transversal funding will draw to a close by the end of 2013.

The deadlines for Mobility Projects, Partnerships and Transfer of Innovation have now passed which, in practical terms, means that there is no more funding available under the Leonardo programme.  If you have submitted an application in 2013 for any of these opportunities you will hear whether you have been successful or not in Summer 2013.

Do not worry, while the funding is drawing to a close, any successful application received in 2013 for Mobility Projects, Partnerships or Transfer of Innovation will be funded for the entire project lifecycle.

Changes to the website

To ensure that the website remains an essential resource for current, and those funded in 2013, projects we are making some changes to highlight the information on managing your grant and running a project to help you make the most out of your project and showcase your outcomes.

We’ll also be creating an archive section that will contain all the information around applying for a funding opportunity and developing an application. While these pages are still useful for those just starting their projects, we want to make sure that it is clear that there is no further funding available under the Leonardo programme and that we have the latest information on Erasmus for All right here on our blog.

Showcase your success

The Leonardo website will continue to highlight examples of best practice from 2007 right through to 2015 when organisations funded this year will be completing the final stages of their project.

If have received funding during the Lifelong Learning Programme we would love to feature your project as an example of best practice. You can submit a case study to get yourself added to our Projects around the UK map or why not tweet @llpUKecorys to share your updates online?
