Get inspiration and tips from people who have run successful projects!

It was nice to hear about Nigel’s experience of managing Leonardo Mobility projects in the previous post. Talking to experienced promoters (the people who manage the project)  is one of the best ways to understand what’s involved in running a project and to get inspiration for your own projects. Starting a new project can be daunting. How do you find partners? What’s the best way to manage transnational meetings? How do you deal with language issues…? Speaking to someone who has been through it all before can really help to put your mind at ease.
